I mean I love my job. I just wish it was steady work and I got paid enough to live.
Also, I've recently started dreaming about work. In my dream I'd finished re recording the vocals for that album but in reality I hadn't. Waking up sucked.

Tomorrow, music video shoot for the second single of the upcoming album! It'll be so much fun!
If you like sci-fi books you need to check out Peter F. Hamilton's commonwealth saga. Fight through the first 40% of the first book and you'll read all of them. They're really damn good, except for the sadly too frequent sex scenes.

Researching how on Earth I'm gonna record that concert on Saturday without spending thousands on cables and interfaces... I'm just not built for live music. Let me try different preamps for 3 hours and I'm in heaven. This is just stressing me out.

There are some rotten egg dudes out there in the fediverse. The "Report" feature here is way more useful than on birdsite, it goes to your instance admins, who can stop that account interacting with other users on your instance.

The large room will be the recording room. The smaller one will be control room with a bed behind a curtain so I can sleep there. That will be Studio B. Studio A will still be in my dad's house just for guitar reamping and vocals.
I'm so fucking excited! I'm looking at early December to start work on it.
I found the perfect little flat for me to build my studio. It's well within my price range and literally 5 minutes by foot from where I currently live. Two rooms, bathroom and kitchen. I love it!
